Sorry for being absent for a week from blogging and doing my daily usual. As you can tell, I’ve been hard at work all week to prep for the release party printing and coordinating. Finally the day is here and despite the rain scare, it all went down as planned. Big ups to all the artist and dj’s who help make this event possible. As well as all our friends and art walk goers who visited us at the gallery and supported. Thanks to Peeks, Chubby Boob, Jimmy, and Weirdo for helping us out throughout the day. So far the brands been getting good feedback on the few designs we released. Stay tuned for more to come within this next few weeks. The GOG showroom/retail will be up and open @ Ronin Gallery 1924 Echo Park Ave. LA, CA 90024 throughout the week so come and cop some of that Gods when your in the area….peace!

Got a late start but Peeks and I set to roll out to SD for the rest of the day to visit Nebs. Nebs helps with the casting of the jewelry…..as well as a dope artist, sick with the stencils and his jheri fish toy. For a change, Peeks It was good to be driven by this fool as him and I have been immobile for a sec. Thats a good part of the day. The bad part comes when we exit and get pinched 5 minutes later by po’s. Got pulled over for no plates but was legit because we had the moving permit, just wasnt visible. So Im hoping I can plead the 5th and shut the fuck up. I wasn’t driving and Im not gonna get my name ran and get picked up for a misdemeanor warrant am I?? Well, obviously not if I’m here posting this. Whew, close call! Welcome to North Park, San Diego I guess. To top it off when we handled our biz and came back the the gallery later that night. On the way home we get pinched again , now on Sunset and Echo Park basically for the same thing plus a faulty tail light now. Damn, either this fool is bad luck, or me, or we’re just not meant to be driving….. period. Bracing they dont ask me for my name this time around…..whew!! I skate again scott free!! Im actually fine with public transportation for now until I build my fixed!

The night was went as planned. Linked with my cat O and 5th, met the homie, Makeshift made the trip from SD and went was grand dios night. But I did managed to drink up 3 of my 4 pks of Guinness Draughts prior and got a fifth of Borsky cheap vodka in to make my own cape cods. Didnt feel too paparazzi that night so didnt do too much coverage plus wanted to just relax and mingle. Tonight come out and enjoy the viewing party for the trio from Thosen Chosen, presented by DRG Films. Hosted by Ophapadelic and featured performances by EL Prez and the FCC Fam, Spintelect & Blenda turning labels and yes, CReam Team will be in the building in full effect. We were fortunate to connect with Those Chosen and help them out with some merch. I been seeing these cats pushing for a minute and tonight, is some what a rewarding time for that shove they gave themselves as well as all the peops that supported them.
